Childcare Scholarships
Policies
- Requests
for assistance need to be made on a YMCA scholarship form.
- All
APPLICANTS must be CURRENTLY EMPLOYED. If change in employment occurs
within one month, scholarship will be cancelled.
- Documented proof of income must be provided by the applicant:
- Total family income as stated on previous year's income tax forms.
- Copies of the two most current paycheck stubs, child support
payments and any other proof of the monthly income. (Copies must be
attached to the application).
- All scholarships will be reviewed every three months to determine current circumstance.
- Applicants will be notified in writing of the YMCA scholarship policies.
- All
Parent fees will be due on a weekly basis. If parent fee is not paid by
5:00 p.m. on Wednesday of every week, we will have no choice but to
terminate your child care assistance the following Monday.
- All registration fees are due at the time of registration & needs to be paid before attendance.
- All
enrollment forms must be signed and completely filled out with current
information, including immunization records.
- Scholarships can be terminated if we are not informed of any changes that will affect income, address, expenses or resources.
- All scholarship participants must be registered with WTO. Date of registration is required on application for verification.
- Scholarship participants are required to pay $1.50 per minute late fee when children are picked up after 6:15 p.m.
- Any scholarships may be revoked at any time due to noncompliance of any of this policy.
