Child
Care Scholarship Policies
- Requests for assistance should be made on a YMCA scholarship form. All APPLICANTS must be CURRENTLY EMPLOYED. If change in employment occurs within one month, scholarship will be canceled.
- Documented proof of income must be provided by the applicant:
* Total family income as stated on previous year's income tax forms.
* Plus, copies of the two most current paycheck stubs and child support payments, and any other proof of the monthly income. (Copies must be attached to the application).
- All scholarships will be reviewed every three months to determine if circumstance have changed.
- Applicants will be notified in writing of the YMCA scholarship policies.
- All Parent fees will be due on a weekly basis. If parent fee is not paid by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday of every week, we will have no choice but to terminate your child care assistance the following Monday.
- All registration fees are due at the time of registration and will need to be paid before child can attend.
- All enrollment forms must be signed and filled out in full with the current information, this includes immunization records for all children who are not of school age.
- Scholarships can be terminated if we are not informed of any changes that will affect income, address, expenses, or resources.
- All scholarship participants must be registered with WTO. Date of registration is required on application for verification.
- Scholarship participants are required to pay $1.50 per minute late fee when children are picked up after 6:15 p.m.
- All and any scholarships may be revoked at any time due to noncompliance of any of the above.
